The first step in developing a successful commercial real estate retail leasing program is understanding the goals of the client.
With this knowledge, we tailor our retail leasing program to meet the individual needs of our client for a particular market. Our resources, historical data, experience and research of the market allows us to prepare a program that is specialilzed to each client's needs to maximize an asset's value.
In representing retail tenant or buyer clients, we analyze the commercial retail market area, and/or specific submarkets. In the analysis, an overview is made from available demographics, retailer profiles, and a personal visit to sites. We prepare a marketing program which pinpoints and outlines primary and secondary locations and defines specific available and desirable sites. We complete our program by assisting with the negotiation of leases/contracts and then the move into or due diligence of a location. We will act as liaison between retailer and site owner through construction and store opening.
