Ms. Francis serves as the Managing Broker for Price Edwards & Company - Tulsa. Her primary responsibilities include the supervision of the Tulsa office as well as actively marketing office buildings for which the firm has responsibility. With 25 years in the industry, Francis' experience includes the representation of various landlords in Tulsa, both institutional and local, including CIGNA, ProLogis, Merrill Lynch Hubbard, Archon, CALPERS, and Granite Properties.

Respective to local and national representation of tenants, buyers, sellers she has successfully negotiated transactions with such notable groups as Union Public Schools, Warren Clinic, Southern Nazarene UNiversity, CARCO, Inc., Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, T.D. Williamson, Fresenius North America, and AFN Communications (sites in over 50 cities.)

Prior to joining Price Edwards & Company in 2013, Francis operated Beacon Commercial Group, Ltd., a full service brokerage company that she formed in 2007 after 14 years with Trammell Crow Company.

Ford C. Price

Ford Price is one of the founders and Managing Partner of Price Edwards & Company. Mr. Price is responsible for the overall growth, profitability and direction of the Oklahoma based commercial real estate services firm. Price Edwards was founded in 1988. The firm has grown to become one of the largest and most experienced real estate service firms in the Southwest. Its current portfolio comprises roughly 10 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space and 3,000 apartment units in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. The firm employs approximately 150 people.

Mr. Price is actively involved in overseeing all management and leasing efforts of the firm's 4 million square foot office building portfolio to ensure asset protection and enhancement of client owned properties. His 30 years of experience of providing leasing, development, property, and investment management services to some of the nation's largest institutional real estate owners have given him unique insight into the process required to maximize property income and value.

Prior to the formation of Price Edwards & Company, Mr. Price served as Project Manager, Vice-President and President of The Sweetser Companies, an Oklahoma firm specializing in the development of office properties. The Sweetser Companies was involved in the development of approximately 20 office properties comprising almost 2 million square feet.

Mr. Price currently serves as board member and Vice-Chairman of TCN Worldwide, a broker network comprising 1,200 brokers across the nation. Other current and past board positions include YMCA, Downtown Business Improvement District where he also served as Chairman, Saint Anthony Hospital Foundation, Rees Associates, The Beacon Club, Omniplex Science Museum, and Church of the Servant.

Carl Edwards

Carl Edwards is a partner of Price Edwards & Company, the largest Oklahoma-based commercial real estate service company. 

Carl serves as Chairman of the Presbyterian Health Foundation, a local foundation that owns and operates a $100+ million bioscience research park at the OU Health Center. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust.  Carl is also a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Oklahoma Metropolitan Area Public Schools Trust (better known as the MAPS for Kids Trust).  

Carl's other involvement includes:  Member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and Chairman of the Technology Transfer Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of i2E, Member of the Board of Directors of Downtown OKC, Inc., President and Chief Executive Office of Oklahoma Business Roundtable, Past Chairman of Board of Directors of Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and presently, a member of the Executive Committee, Member of the Advisory Board of Directors and Past President of Leadership Oklahoma City, Advisory Member of Board of Trustees and Past President of Board of Trustees of OKlahoma Health Center Foundation.

Ms. Heller's commerical real estate experience spans over 25 years. Ms. Heller joined Price Edwards & Company in 2013 with the merger with Beacon Commercial Group, Ltd.  Prior to Beacon, Heller was with Trammell Crow Company for 20+ years. She is a licensed real estate associate and assists in the management of office and retail properties in Tulsa. Her experience also includes the research and compilation of market data, financial analysis, and lease documenation.

Cari Helm

Ms. Helm has nearly 30 years of property management experience.  She oversees the Tulsa property management division for Price Edwards & Company, and is responsible for the management of several Class A office buildings.   Prior to joining Price Edward & Company, Helm served as Manager of Leasing and Tenant Relations for ACRON US Management, an international investment company headquartered in Tulsa.  She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Manager Institute (BOMI).

Craig M. Tucker

Mr. Tucker serves as the Managing Broker for Price Edwards & Company. His primary responsibilities include the supervision of the brokers within the Office/Industrial Division and actively marketing all office buildings for which the firm has responsibility. As one of the most active office building brokers in Oklahoma City, Tucker has represented various landlords in successfully negotiated transactions with such notable firms as Unocal, American Airlines, Ford Motor Credit Company, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Hewlett-Packard, UBS Paine Webber, Aetna Insurance and Prudential Healthcare, as well as numerous local and regional firms. In his twenty-seven years of experience, Tucker has represented such landlords as John Hancock, The Hartford, Travelers, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, Zurich and Mass Mutual.

In the aspect of tenant representation, Tucker has represented such national tenants as Alltel Information Services, Cabot Corporation, Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs, American General Fire & Casualty, Employers Casualty Company, Grant Thornton, Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company, Tronox and Chesapeake Energy Corporation as well as numerous local and regional companies and law firms. During his 27-year tenure with Price Edwards & Company, Tucker has been directly involved in the completion of over 5 million square feet of lease transactions.

Jim Fiedler

Mr. Fiedler is responsible for the accounting and reporting function of all Price Edwards & Company portfolio assets. Manages an accounting and information systems staff of approximately 15 people. His experience includes meeting reporting requirements of a variety of clients including institutional owners, corporate users and local investment groups. This experience includes oversight of the budgetary, expense recovery and tax preparation processes. Through his experience he has developed a wide range of expertise in leading industry software, including Skyline, Argus, AMSI, MRI and Timberline.

In addition to providing services to portfolio clients, he is also involved with the reporting and tax compliance functions of the corporate entities, Price Edwards & Company and PEC Investment Properties, LLC. He is also involved in oversight and day-to-day administration of the information systems staff, including the companies' web strategies, implementation of the web based work order system, the local area network strategy and implementation.

Jim also serves as instructor for the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) courses in accounting and real estate finance.

Jim Parrack

Mr. Parrack, with over 20 years experience in management, leasing and development, heads the firm's Retail Division. The division encompasses management and brokerage activities for over 50 shopping centers in Oklahoma and North Texas. Parrack is actively involved in overseeing all management and leasing efforts of the firm's retail building portfolio to ensure asset protection and enhancement of client owned properties. Jim is an active member and participant in ChainLinks Retail Advisors, a national retail leasing and networking organization.
